I have used this cane for about 6 years. When I got it all my muscles were so tight I could hardly do anything without cramping up a muscle. I would recommend this product to anyone. I take it every where with me. It fits in a suitcase and travels well. It will get right to the point..trigger point, that is and will get it rubbed out before it becomes more pronounced. I found it most useful around the shoulder/neck area and between the shoulder blades. There is not a place on my back I cannot reach. Great massage tool.

I was hesitant to pay the price for such a simple device but following the instructions, I found it to be a very effective tool that uses leverage to easily apply pressure to problem areas. Not as good as the real thing (a full massage) but great for temporary relief. Delivery was very quick and the product arrived in mint condition. I am very pleased.
