My Tools of the Trade set of knives were not really sharp when I bought them and I couldn't get an edge with the sharpening steel that came with them. I decided, for the price, the Fisker axe/knife sharpener was worth a try. Glad I did. It has sharpened everything I've used on it. I didn't give it 5-stars because that would have been equivalent to the results of a professional knife sharpener.
